Approximate room dimensions. The opening near the door is for the equipment rack.

Taken from screen wall in back of room before back wall was framed. Update: I flipped the orientation of the room, this is now the location of the screen wall.

This is from back wall of the theater (about 21 feet) facing the screen location. Update: this is now the seating area, I flipped the orientation of the room.

Outside room - I have complete access to the left and back walls in the theater. The rest are against the foundation.

This was the original location of the theater door. here is is closed up and I am building a closet in the nook.

Recessed lighting in the lobby area. Just standard HALO type lights.

Show of some HVAC ducts that I replaced. They were originally cheap steel type ducts.

Here is a shot of the hallway entrance that will lead to the theater. I will probably take advantage of the vents for the HVAC in the lobby area.

Space under stairs just inside hallway entrance. This will be used as a closet.

I used 2X4 to keep cans from rattling.

Looks crazy, but added extra 2X4 to make it easy to hang cornice later.

Put a little insulation in to prevent echo.
